When I started at Woodcroft, I was little and small, 

When I looked at the world, I didn’t know much at all! 

I would walk into early years feeling brave but unsure, 

But look at me now, older, at the end of year 4! 

Our Woodcroft time is over now with middle school coming fast, 

I have to tell you my time at this school has simply been a blast! 

 

Shortly we’ll be moving on to somewhere fresh and new, 

With lots of cherished memories coming along with me too, 

Of snowball fights in winter, sports days in the sun, 

My treasured time at Woodcroft has been happy and fun! 

 

From Biddulph Grange to Chester Zoo, to our time at Stanley Head, 

To the horrible bout of lockdown that filled our hearts with dread, 

But our teachers kept us going, true heroes all the way, 

With smiles on their faces, positivity and praise every day. 

 

Woodcroft made us who we are, kind, brave and successful, 

Always pushing us to be our best, be wise, be wonderful, 

So as we move to middle school - anxious but prepared, 

We are thankful for every memory we’ve had the pleasure to share!
